Oscar Ultrasonics offers wide range of industrial cleaning systems of high quality best suited for continuous operation in India atmospheric conditions. These equipments consist of a solid-state ultrasonic generator and a stainless-steel tank, mounted with sandwich type ultrasonic transducers made of piezoelectric crystals specially made for cleaning applications.
Ultrasonic transducers convert powerful ultrasonic oscillations produced by the generators into mechanical vibrations. This produces intense scrubbing action throughout the liquid filled in the tank which pulls out contaminants from hidden recesses of complicated assemblies / parts immersed in it for cleaning.
Multi-chamber ultrasonic cleaners represent an environmentally friendly and technically viable alternative to traditional solvent cleaning methods. The primary cleaning agent in these systems is predominantly water, complemented by various additives such as alkali, surfactants, water conditioners, corrosion inhibitors, and foam stabilizers. This aqueous solution has proven to be highly effective in cleaning applications, often replacing solvents without compromising performance.
However, the successful implementation of aqueous ultrasonic cleaning systems requires meticulous design efforts. This necessity arises from the complex nature of the multistage operations involved. In contrast to solvent-based cleaning, which relies primarily on the chemical properties of the solvent, aqueous ultrasonic cleaning systems leverage both mechanical and chemical properties.
Mechanical properties play a crucial role in the effectiveness of these systems. High-pressure spray, ultrasonic agitation, dunking, and other mechanical actions contribute significantly to the cleaning process. The combination of these mechanical forces with the chemical properties of the aqueous medium ensures a thorough and efficient cleaning operation.

This system is customized, Designed and built with multiple chambers / tanks depending upon the desired level of cleanliness and come with PLC based Material Handling System for easy and handling of components. These systems save time, labour, Increase productivity and hence most cost effective.
5 CHAMBER ULTRASONIC SYSTEM - SYSTEM DESCRIPTION / SEQUENCE OPERATION:
Chamber- 1: Ultrasonic Pre-Cleaning Chamber with soap solution
Chamber- 2: Plain Hot water DIP rinsing with ultrasonic
Chamber- 3: Plain Hot Water DIP Rinsing with Air Agitation
Chamber- 4: Hot Air Dryer
Chamber- 5: Rust Preventive Oil Dip
All 5 chambers will be housed in common cabinet (dimension: 1950 x 600 x 900mm) and the overall dimensions of the system will be 1950mm x 1165 x 1125mm (L x W x H) approx.
HOW DOES 5 CHAMBER ULTRASONIC CLEANING SYSTEM WORKS?
The components are first cleaned in Ultrasonic Cleaning chamber for removal of major contaminates, followed by rinsing with Air agitation. Then the components basket is transferred to Hot Air Dryer for drying. clean and dry components basket move to unloading station. Suitable baskets are provided to carry components. Material handling system provided to operate the system in AUTO mode as well as Manual mode. The complete movement of the transporter is controlled by the PLC.
