These equipments consist of a solid-state ultrasonic generator and a stainless-steel tank, mounted with sandwich type ultrasonic transducers made of piezoelectric crystals specially made for cleaning applications.
Ultrasonic transducers convert powerful ultrasonic oscillations produced by the generators into mechanical vibrations. This produces intense scrubbing action throughout the liquid filled in the tank which pulls out contaminants from hidden recesses of complicated assemblies / parts immersed in it for cleaning.

Chamber- 1: Ultrasonic Pre-Cleaning Chamber with soap solution
Chamber- 2: Plain Hot water DIP rinsing with ultrasonic
Chamber- 3: Plain Hot Water DIP Rinsing with Air Agitation
Chamber- 4: Hot Air Dryer
Chamber- 5: Rust Preventive Oil Dip
All 5 chambers will be housed in common cabinet (dimension: 1950 x 600 x 900mm) and the overall dimensions of the system will be 1950mm x 1165 x 1125mm (L x W x H) approx.
The components are first cleaned in Ultrasonic Cleaning chamber for removal of major contaminates, followed by rinsing with Air agitation. Then the components basket is transferred to Hot Air Dryer for drying. clean and dry components basket move to unloading station. Suitable baskets are provided to carry components. Material handling system provided to operate the system in AUTO mode as well as Manual mode. The complete movement of the transporter is controlled by the PLC.
